Evolution, the international integrated security and fire solutions business, has appointed Gillian Dempsey as its new Service and Maintenance Manager for Ireland. This is a new role created to support the ambitious growth plans for the country.

Gillian has worked in the security industry for more than 25 years, undertaking a number of service and maintenance roles. She has a proven track record in managing field-based service engineers and supporting business growth through strong customer service and identifying new market opportunities.

Evolution Country Manager Mark Corrigan says that Gillian is joining at an exciting time for the business which has grown significantly in the last three years: “Evolution has built a strong reputation for service quality and Gillian’s experience will be invaluable in leading, mentoring and supporting our team to achieve even greater levels of excellence.”

Gillian is excited by the challenge. “With a customer base that continues to grow, a professional service and maintenance operation becomes even more critical and I am looking forward to playing my part in contributing to the continued success of the business.”

Gillian has a Diploma in Human Resource Management.
