What you will do
This is a new role created as part of a global strategy for Johnson Controls to develop focus on Service growth. Reporting to the Service Sales Manager responsible for the fire detection and electronic security business, branded ADT, this role will be targeting the growth of our service maintenance base. This role will involve you targeting high profile FM companies and large end users. The role will also include account management of regional FM companies.
How you will do it
You will need to create relationships with executive level Customers and engage Customers so you understand the value of the solution provided by Tyco. You will need high levels of negotiation skills and be able to adapt at managing many different Customers within a single Company.
You will self-generate prospect accounts and opportunities, along with managing defined business lead sources.
What we look for
You will have field sales experience in a face-to-face direct B2B sales environment focused on new Customer acquisition. And must be able to demonstrate the ability to continuously meet and exceed sales targets. You will ideally have a background in service/solution based selling of products within the same/similar industry.
