Following the great success of the Innovation Day in Dublin, the next venue on the roadshow tour for Dahua UK & Ireland was Páirc Uí Chaoimh Stadium in Cork.
Cork, the second largest city in Ireland, is a major transportation hub. It was the first time that Dahua had held an event there and it turned out to be a great success. Dahua staff were particular impressed by the enthusiasm of the attendees in response to the demonstrations on display and presentations.
Dahua Innovation Day, with the theme "Driving Innovation to an AIoT Future", delivers the latest industry insights and technologies, as well as useful and practical real-life problem-solving solutions. There were two main demonstrations: one focusing on key products, including the latest core product series WizSense (AI), HDCVI 6.0 and Full-Colour, as well as scenario-defined cameras, multi-sensor and panoramic cameras. The other focus was on verticals, such as safe cities, transportation and other solutions for enterprise parks/industrial estates, etc., all of which raised a great deal of interest from customers.
During the show, Dahua made several informative presentations, sharing its brand strategy and market policy, as well as introducing training and post-sales support. The presentations continued with Simon Nash, Senior Project Sales Manager, who elaborated on AIoT, scenario-based solutions and Dahua’s product roadmap demonstrating how the company’s industry-leading AIoT solutions add value to existing and new installations while offering new opportunities for our partners and end-users.
Harry Murphy is the Director of GreenFire UCS. GreenFire are a new integrator with a nationwide reach & customer base. Coming from a communications & IT solutions background the move to advanced Security Surveillance was a natural & easy fit.
During show, he said, “What Dahua have done is to make it incredibly easy for us to on board their product set and at the same time show us the astonishing future of surveillance technology. The impressive demonstrations in Cork today along with the support systems they've outlined show the commitment Dahua have to their partner ecosystem. We are honoured to be part of this and look forward to a long and valued relationship.”
Jeremy Fang, Regional Manager for Ireland, said: “Our thanks go to all the visitors who spent time with Dahua at our Innovation Day in Cork. We are honoured and happy to display our cutting-edge technology here and looking forward to bring more value to the market. For anyone who couldn’t make it on the day, we hope to see you soon at the next Innovation Day in Cork in the second half of 2020.
