Exchanging contracts for the acquisition of MC Security Solutions by Network Security are (L-R) Derek Ramsey MD Network Security and Vincent Cooney MD MC Security Solutions.
Merc Consulting acted as independent brokers for this arrangement and extend hearty congratulations to both parties.
