Smart Monitoring launched ‘OnCall’ in April 2020 offering a bespoke after hours call answering service to any security provider. The standard service features call, text, and email messaging along with daily reports. However, one of the key benefits is that the controller taking the call from your customer has a knowledge of the nature of issues normally associated with ‘after hours calls’, and is not just a voice on the end of the phone taking details.
Our Controllers get these phone calls about these issues every day and night in the normal course of their role within the monitoring centre. There has been a great response from our own customers and indeed new customers to Smart Monitoring OnCall and we look forward to growing the sector in the future.

Smart Monitoring On Call is a telephone service to deal with all of your customers calls outside your normal business hours.All calls can then be diverted to your own assigned phone number which will be answered in your own company name.
