Kildare’s Manguard Plus has become the first security company in the world to win three back-to-back awards at the Outstanding Security Performance Awards.

The Naas based company, which is Ireland largest privately owned Irish security company, took the much sought after Best Guarding Company in the country at the Outstanding Security Providers Awards (OSPA’s), a feat never before achieved.

The company won the majority of awards at the event, replicating its success of 2022 and 2023 and copper fastening its reputation as the security industry leader in Ireland.

It won Best Contract Security Director with Steve Coleman taking the award and Rayssa Rodrigues Vitorio winning Outstanding Young Security Professional.

Professor Martin Gill, Founder of the OSPA’s, which are independently adjudicated, said, “The OSPA’S are dedicated to recognising the entire industry, operate independently and follow strict ethical principles to create a level playing field for everyone involved. We gather to celebrate the best of the best and acknowledge and recognise the fantastic work that is taking place across the security sector in Ireland”.

CEO of Manguard Plus, Sean Hall, who won the Inaugural ‘OSPA Lifetime Achievement Award’ in 2022 said, “This is hugely significant for Manguard Plus as our commitment to excellence, hard work, and continuous improvement is recognised amongst our peers, further embedding our place as leaders and role models in the security industry”.
