New Speed dome extends application possibilities for IDS customers

IDS launch the new GeoVision outdoor speed dome GV-SD2301.  The GV-SD2301 is the latest speed dome to be released from GeoVision, designed for outdoor use it is IP67 protected with an IK10 rating for increased vandal resistance and weather protection. With a wide temperature tolerance (-40°C -70°), this new camera can stand up to a variety of environments.

The new camera offers improved performance for a wider number of applications, 20 X zoom for superior video quality at long distances and features a wider tilt angle range from -20°-200°extending the scope of suitable applications.

Constructed with the installer in mind, the GV-SD2301 offers a smaller size and lighter weight compared to previous models, aiding the installation process and is supplied with the power cable detached, enabling flexible installation options. Furthermore this new model benefits from a simplified ‘push and load’ installation process for the SD card, with the card slot easily accessible.
